Return & Refund Policy – KakaniDukan

At KakaniDukan, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused and in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items must be returned with all original tags, accessories, and invoices.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (caused by customer)

  • Personal care items

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order ID and reason for return.

  3. Share photos (if product is damaged or defective).

  4. Our team will confirm return approval and pickup process.

Return requests without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after the product is received and inspected.

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be transferred to your provided bank account or UPI ID.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), return shipping will be free.

  • If the return is for other reasons, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
