1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee on all eligible products for manufacturing defects, damaged items on transit, or incorrect specifications.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, brand tags, warranty cards, and user manuals intact.
• Proof of purchase (Order ID and Tax Invoice) must accompany the return request.
• For electronic appliances, brand technician inspection may be arranged at your doorstep.

3. Refund Processing

Once the returned item passes quality inspection at our central hub (Hond, Chikhli), refunds are initiated within 24 to 48 business hours to the original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, or Card).
